In “Every day with My Morrie,” Priscilla M. Agaton wrote an essay for the loss of her colleague and friend, Lolita Lopez Cabangbang, her Morrie in life . She talked about her grief, pain and mourning about her Morrie, who passed away last 2007 due to breast cancer. The writer used the book of Mitch Albom’s “Tuesdays with my Morrie,” to describe her Morrie who occupied a special place in her heart. The writer’s emotion is somewhat sympathetic about the loss of her Morrie, who is an exemplar of a of passionate teacher. In addition, the writer talked about her self-reflection about the loss of her Morrie and how she was deeply affected by it. The writer also talked about the reason of the death of her Morrie and what is the reason of why she chose to compare her friend from a real person named Morrie.
